3. What LiftPal provides
LiftPal combines workout planning, Flow sessions, Daily Goals, and playful progress. It does not promise a particular training, health, focus, or productivity outcome.

4. Health and safety
LiftPal supports fitness, motivation, and personal organization. It does not diagnose conditions or replace medical advice or treatment. Adapt exercise and load to your situation, seek qualified advice when unsure, and stop if you experience pain or other symptoms.

5. Purchases and subscriptions
Price, term, billing interval, and any trial are shown before purchase in the App Store. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

6. Acceptable use
LiftPal is for personal use. Do not misuse the app, impair its security, or circumvent technical protections. Uses that cannot legally be restricted remain permitted.
