2. Scope
Downloads, licensing, and App Store purchases are also governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
3. What LiftPal provides
LiftPal provides workout logging and planning, coaching suggestions, goals, Flow, Arcade and Wombat progress. Optional features include private sharing, Club rankings and backups. Some features require Premium, a compatible device, iCloud or an internet connection. Available purchases and their scope are shown before purchase. A particular training, health, focus or productivity outcome is not guaranteed.
4. Health and safety
Coaching suggestions, estimated 1RM, fatigue and recovery values are informational calculations. They do not diagnose a condition, provide medical treatment or establish a professional supervision relationship with LiftPal. You decide whether to accept suggestions and adapt training to your situation. Stop training if you develop symptoms and seek appropriate professional advice. Flow points and levels describe game performance, not an IQ or health assessment.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Price, term, billing interval, and any trial are shown before purchase in the App Store. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
6. Acceptable use
Use LiftPal for its intended training, planning and sharing functions, including the supported trainer/client sharing. Do not compromise security, bypass access rules, manipulate rankings or upload unlawful content. Share only content you are entitled to share and respect other people's privacy and intellectual property. Uses that cannot legally be restricted remain permitted.
7. Sharing and rankings
Choose carefully what you publish publicly or share privately. Recipients may retain imported plans, images or files after you revoke access. You retain your rights in your content; sharing authorizes the technical storage and display needed for your selected recipients or public ranking. It does not grant LiftPal a general right to use private content for advertising.
Rankings use app-recorded or submitted values and plausibility checks; they are not verified competition results. Checks cannot detect every incorrect or manipulated entry. You can report an entry through the app's support action or at support@liftpal.app. Ending Premium or disabling automatic updates does not delete existing results. Use the removal and withdrawal controls separately.
8. Backups, availability and removal
Keep the password and a secure copy of important file backups outside the app. LiftPal cannot recover the password. Restoring replaces the relevant local data rather than merging histories. The optional iCloud game backup covers game progress, not your training archive.
Cloud functions depend on Apple's services, your account and connectivity. A failed or offline deletion can remain pending until the service confirms it. Deleting the app does not remove cloud shares, recipient copies or your Apple subscription. The privacy notice and data-request page explain the separate controls. Statutory service, warranty and consumer rights remain unaffected.
