Wombat Flow · Overview

Wombat Flow: short challenges with a clear beginning and end

Wombat Flow is LiftPal’s quieter challenge area. Its 40 short exercises span memory, focus, logic, and speed. Choose one activity from the library or follow Daily Flow as a compact sequence with a visible finish.

Wombat Flow library with memory, focus, logic, and speed categories
The library organizes 40 short exercises into four clearly named categories.

Four categories give every challenge a clear frame

Every Flow exercise belongs to one of four categories. Memory activities ask you to recall something shown earlier. Focus challenges ask you to pick out relevant signals among distractions. Logic activities use rules and arrangements. Speed challenges place simple decisions inside a tighter time frame.

The labels describe each task format and keep results connected to the specific challenge and its rules.

Forty exercises for a flexible, varied selection

The library contains ten exercises in each category. Twelve games—three per category—remain permanently free. Premium expands the selection to all 40 and adds options such as favorites, no-gos, and a custom rhythm.

The selection can match the moment: sometimes one activity fits, while another day leaves room for a short sequence. If a game does not suit you, choose another from the category; Premium preferences can shape future selection further.

Daily Flow assembles a short sequence

Daily Flow selects several playable activities and presents them as one connected session. The free core remains playable, while Premium can adapt length and selection more closely to personal settings.

Once the planned activities are complete, Daily Flow is visibly finished. Results and past activity remain available for review while you can return directly to the rest of your day.

Results are activity values inside the app

A Flow result summarizes one round under one game’s rules. Difficulty, familiarity with that task, and the day itself can affect the number. Compare similar rounds cautiously rather than turning one score into a broad conclusion.

Flow results are in-game activity values. They help compare similar rounds and are not medical or psychological assessments.

Ways Flow can fit into a day

Flow can be a brief, finished activity between other parts of your day: one challenge, Daily Flow, or the four-week Foundations program. You decide which scale is appropriate today.

Workouts, Daily Goals, the wombat, and Flow remain independent areas. Choose whichever area fits the moment. Regular app data is processed locally without a LiftPal account.
