Wombat Flow · Routine
A short Flow routine with a calm rhythm and clear finish
A useful short routine combines a clear start, a few distinct challenges, and a visible finish. Daily Flow handles that assembly, or you can create a small sequence through the library yourself.

First choose: Daily Flow or free selection
Choose Daily Flow when you do not want to assemble a session. It selects the activities and shows clear progress through the sequence. The free plan uses permanently accessible games; Premium can account for personal preferences and the intended rhythm more closely.
Free selection works when you only want one category or a familiar activity today. Both routes create a complete, self-contained Flow session.
A practical three-step sequence
For a self-selected routine, begin with a familiar memory or focus activity, switch to a rule-based logic challenge, and finish with a simple speed decision. The rules change enough to feel distinct without sending you through too many screens.
- Arrive: one familiar memory or focus activity
- Switch: one logic challenge with a clear rule
- Finish: one short speed challenge—or intentionally stop after two activities
This sequence is a practical usage idea that you can adapt freely to the moment.
Fewer decisions make the routine smoother
Set the size before you begin. If every result creates a new decision about whether to continue, a short activity can become open-ended. A fixed number of games or the completed Daily Flow removes that decision from the middle of the session.
Read the instructions, complete the round, note the result briefly, and move to the next planned slot. That keeps the sequence calm and easy to follow.
Fine-tune the preferences that matter
The library always supports direct selection. Premium adds favorites, no-gos, a chosen rhythm, and additional programs. No-gos bias selection away from specific games but will not make an entire category impossible to fill.
Tune what repeatedly gets in the way, then let a routine that works stay stable. When time is short, one completed challenge is a fitting smaller version.
The finish is part of the routine
Daily Flow ends deliberately. Treat that point as the conclusion and return to the rest of your day. Another round remains a free choice for another moment.
Flow values relate to the specific game round. They are designed as an in-app activity history, not a medical or psychological assessment.
